Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
We're excited to get your order into your hands, and we don’t waste any time once it hits our system.
First, we get to work behind the scenes — processing your order and prepping all the materials we need to bring your design to life.
Next comes production. Each item is made to order, so depending on how many orders we're handling, printing might take a couple of days.
Here’s what you need to know: We’re focused on making sure your item turns out just right — great quality, accurate details, and exactly what you’re expecting. Once it’s ready, we carefully pack it up and send it on its way.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey — check it as often as you'd like.
Total delivery time typically takes between 4 and 10 business days from order placement to arrival at your address. We currently use UPS and FedEx for shipping. Please note that their services may sometimes be delayed due to external factors. You can check on your order's progress once we ship it--we'll send you the tracking info as soon as it leaves our facility.
Some products or colors may experience longer processing times due to stock availability or quality control.
Return & Refund Policy
We create each of our products just for you, made-to-order using print-on-demand (POD) services. Because of this personalized process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
We want you to love what you receive! If your item shows up with any damage or a defect, please let us know right away. Just inspect your order when it arrives and get in touch with us within 14 days using our Contact Form.
Be sure to include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
- The name used on your order
We may also ask you to email us a photo of the damage to help us resolve things quickly.
Once we review your case, we’ll either send out a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. And if the mistake was on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right with a corrected replacement or full refund.
What Can’t Be Returned
Because each item is custom printed just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong style
- There was an error in the personalization text you submitted
- You changed your mind or no longer need the item
That’s why it’s always a good idea to double-check your order details — especially personalization, size, and color — before finalizing your purchase.
How Refunds Work
If your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — just reach out to us at support+shipping@canvaswithcare.com.com as soon as possible.
Please note that cancellation or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order includes personalized items and production has already begun, we won’t be able to cancel it.
