Return & Refund Policy
Every product we offer is backed by our 60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 60 days of receiving your order, we’ll gladly replace or exchange it with the same product or another of equivalent value at no charge to you.
Our products are custom-made to order through print-on-demand (POD) services, which means they are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 14 days using our customer Contact Form.
Please include a description of the defect or damage, the order number, and your name as it appeared on the order. We may ask you to send us a photo (to an e-mail address we will provide) of the product to document the reason for the return.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will either offer a replacement or a refund. If an error was made by our staff during the order process, we will gladly ship a corrected replacement product or offer a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong style ordered.
- Customer errors when entering personalization text.
- Change of mind (buyer's remorse) or if the item is no longer needed.
Please ensure that you double-check your order details, including size and color, before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return request (for defective or damaged items), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us using our Contact Form.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but please note that cancellation or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Just reach out to us at info@canvaswithcare.com as soon as possible to let us know. If we're able to cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund.
If your order includes personalized items and production has already begun, we will NOT be able to cancel it.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, but only for defective or damaged items. Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to custom/personalized products unless there is a defect or damage.
