Where do we ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We do not currently sell or ship products outside the United States. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all products shipped to all 50 U.S. states and territories.

When will my order ship?

We're excited to get your order into your hands, and we don’t waste any time once it hits our system.

First, we get to work behind the scenes — processing your order and prepping all the materials we need to bring your design to life.

Next comes production. Each item is made to order, so depending on how many orders we're handling, printing might take a few days.

Here’s what you need to know: We’re focused on making sure your item turns out just right — great quality, accurate details, and exactly what you’re expecting. Once it’s ready, we carefully pack it up and send it on its way.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey — check it as often as you'd like.

Order processing (handling time) takes between 2-4 business days.

Shipping (transit time) typically takes between 2-6 days depending on your location and distance from our facility.

So, your total estimated delivery time will typically be between 4 and 10 business days from the time you place your order until its arrival at your shipping address. 

We currently use UPS and FedEx for shipping. Please note that their services may sometimes be delayed due to external factors that are out of our control. You can check on your order's progress once we ship it--we'll send you the tracking info as soon as it leaves our facility.

Some products or requested colors may experience longer processing times due to stock availability or quality control. If that is the case, we will notify you after you place your order, and you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund or to accept the additional time required to complete your order.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please note that cancellation or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Just reach out to us at info@canvaswithcare.com as soon as possible to let us know. If we're able to cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund.

If your order includes personalized items and production has already begun, we will NOT be able to cancel it.
